INSURANCE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:

  • We are a Pennsylvania Medical Assistance Waiver Provider. We can bill your health insurance plan, we also accept all major credit cards and cash for all non-waiver clients.
  • Fees are based on state waiver rates and are billed by the number of hours.
